2. Proof of purchase or Packing label.

3. Non-electronic item : Photo of the Product in which full product is visible.

4. Electronic Item : Video of Product in which it must be shown that product is not working after trying as per the instructions provided on packaging or Customer Care.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
